Sales Assistant

Job Summary
Manage CRM hygiene across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho by updating leads, contacts, and opportunities while removing duplicates and ensuring accurate pipeline stages. Coordinate sales meetings and product demos across multiple time zones using Google Calendar and Outlook, preparing necessary materials before calls. Draft client-facing proposals, quotes, and presentations in PowerPoint and Canva, then track outstanding follow-ups and generate weekly sales reports and KPI dashboards. Support cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to prevent delays. Maintain clean data and clear communication so the sales team can focus on closing deals without operational gaps.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support
- 1–2 years of experience in Administrative Support
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations Coordination
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written English communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
