Job Summary
Sales Assistant (Remote) supports a fast-moving sales team by maintaining CRM data, coordinating scheduling across time zones, preparing proposals and documents, and generating reports to keep deals moving and the sales pipeline accurate. The role emphasizes CRM management, pipeline hygiene, scheduling coordination (across Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly), proposal and document support (proposals, quotes, presentations), and reporting to senior leadership. It is a fully remote, full-time position that assists cross-functional teams and contributes to operational execution within a sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales support or Administrative/Operations coordination
- Experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Strong scheduling and calendar management
- Excellent written English and organizational skills
