Sales Assistant

Job Summary
Sales Assistant role supporting day-to-day sales operations and CRM hygiene: maintain CRM records, update pipeline stages, schedule calls and meetings across time zones, draft and organize proposals and sales materials, generate weekly/monthly reports, and facilitate cross-functional communication with marketing, finance, and operations. Requires 1–2 years in sales support or related roles, proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and Google Workspace/MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. Remote position with Pakistan as listed location; focus on keeping the sales process organized and ensuring opportunities are followed up and documented.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or operations roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
