Job Summary
Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling and calendar coordination, follow-ups, proposal preparation, and reporting. The role focuses on enabling pipeline movement, operational efficiency, and sales coordination, with responsibilities spanning CRM hygiene across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive; scheduling across multiple time zones; preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations; and generating weekly/monthly sales reports. This is a fully remote, full-time position that supports the sales operations function without direct selling duties, and emphasizes organization, coordination, CRM management, and cross-team collaboration to keep deals and workflows moving smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 1β2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, operations support, or sales operations
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
