Job Summary
Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, preparing proposals, and keeping sales operations organized; role focuses on enabling pipeline movement and ensuring accuracy of CRM data, reporting, and cross-team coordination. Remote-friendly, with responsibilities spanning CRM hygiene, scheduling across time zones, document preparation, and performance tracking. Proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and strong written English are required; prior experience in sales support or operations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or coordination roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
