Job Summary
Research and identify prospective institutional investors and consultants. Support outreach initiatives, including email communications and coordination of meetings. Provide general support to the Partner Capital Team on fundraising initiatives and assist in ad hoc projects. Monitor market trends, investor activity, and the competitive landscape. Work closely with internal teams to support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for investor meetings. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to capital raising and investor engagement within Nephila's alternative asset management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, or alternative investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Highly Preferred: Experience in financial services, consulting, sales support, or research; familiarity with CRM systems
