Sales Assistant / National Account Manager / Receptionist

Serve as liaison between rep firms and the station's sales department to coordinate sales efforts across stations. Support local sales projects, promotional events, and presentations as needed while providing administrative assistance to the Sales and Traffic Departments. Enter and maintain national orders in WideOrbit Media Sales and Traffic, ensuring timely and accurate posting of orders, make goods, and reconciliation of billing discrepancies. Track commercials that are preempted and reschedule them accordingly. This full-time role in Casper, WY, reports to the General Sales Manager and includes biweekly paychecks at $16 per hour.
