Job Summary
Namify is seeking a Sales Assistant to organize and assist across multiple mediums, providing administrative support to a Sales Executive and delivering strong customer service in-office at the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers with orders, cross-selling and upselling products, resolving client concerns via phone, email, and chat, following up with HubSpot sequences, processing client orders, presenting product options, and maintaining cross-department communication to ensure consistent information and a positive client experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and delivering professional front-d desk experiences while supporting sales operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong understanding of Customer Service
- Basic level of sales ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Basic internet and computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and efficient
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Must be able to work in a sitting and standing position for 6+ hours a day
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes
- Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas

- SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:00pm (Full-time)
- WORK SPACE INFO: This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.
