Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day store operations by maintaining high presentation standards, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Process transactions accurately while engaging customers to understand their needs and address inquiries professionally. Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, meet sales targets, and support new members through training. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. This part-time role requires 12 hours per week with flexibility for evenings and weekends, offering a monthly bonus scheme and 50% colleague discount.
