Sales Assistant

Assist Account Executives and Sales Planners in the advertising order process, ensuring all orders comply with client requirements. Perform data entry and update new and revised orders in media management systems while monitoring pre-emptions, clearance, and overall campaign performance. Maintain client files, including correspondence, contracts, and revisions, and help resolve problems with copy, billing, order discrepancies, and inventory issues. Liaise with traffic to resolve advertiser podding issues as needed. This role supports Marathon Ventures Media Sales in executing campaigns for national television networks and local stations within a team-oriented environment.
