Job Summary
Founding-role Assistant Manager leading membership sales in a pre-opening boutique wellness studio, with responsibilities spanning Phase 1 founding sales leadership (outreach via calls, texts, email, and in-person events, follow-ups, consultations, community partnerships, lead tracking, and establishing sales workflows) and Phase 2 ongoing studio leadership (drive membership and package sales, deliver premium member experience, nurture retention and referrals, support scheduling and POS, onboard/train team members, coach on sales processes, and model performance accountability). Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales within fitness/wellness/memberships, with prior leadership or mentoring experience and a proven track record as a top performer in a sales-driven environment; must be comfortable with evenings and weekends.
