Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service across in-store and online platforms, create engaging retail displays, support stock movement and sales, and help maximise the value of reusable goods. Duties include sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items, managing online listings and customer enquiries, processing payments, maintaining stock and financial records, and supporting returns and refunds. Work across multiple shop locations, adhere to health and safety procedures, and adapt to changing operational needs. Emphasizes promoting the environmental benefits of reUse, supporting community events and donation drives, and collaborating with RRC teams to improve item segregation and availability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or retail environment
- Experience with cash handling and payment systems
- Knowledge of stock management, pricing and visual merchandising
- Confident using computers and MS Office applications
- Experience with online selling platforms, multi-site working, or reUse/recycling environments would be advantageous
