Sales Assistant

Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy, validate customer part specifications and pricing, and create and issue purchase orders to fabricators. Ensure timely material transfers and manage procurement logistics for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Create Bills of Lading for customer deliveries, resolve product complaints, and reconcile production reports for new part setups. Handle invoicing for fabrication services. Perform other duties as required by fabrication operations. This role supports the fabrication team's end-to-end order fulfillment and customer satisfaction efforts.
