Job Summary
Provide inbound and outbound sales support calls, respond to client and prospect email inquiries, and support new client onboarding with the sales team. Maintain accurate records and administrative updates while assisting with CRM, Zoom, and calendar management. Help organize follow-ups, meetings, and client communication, using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support writing, organization, research, and workflow tasks. This remote role requires excellent English communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone or Zoom. KevinRoot Medical seeks a candidate with prior sales support experience who can manage follow-ups without constant reminders.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients by phone, email, and Zoom
- Experience with CRM systems, calendar tools, and basic administrative platforms
- Ability to manage follow-ups and keep tasks moving without constant reminders
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, client service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles is preferred
- Experience supporting a sales team
- Experience with client onboarding or account setup
- Strong writing skills for professional client communication
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, podiatry, orthotics, or related fields is a plus
