Job Summary

Brand ambassador for waterdrop at a store in Ellesmere Port. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, helping customers identify needs and answer questions about product prices, features and benefits, and expanding the customer database and loyalty. You will handle customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions, maximize product knowledge through the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony, attend store meetings and training, maintain brand standards in merchandising and cleanliness, ensure stock security and proper cash handling, and manage opening/closing duties while complying with policies. Requires strong selling skills, professionalism, interpersonal and communication abilities, multitasking, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to support store goals.
