Support store operations by ensuring the shop floor and stockroom remain well organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing while adhering to health and safety procedures and security protocols. Utilize product knowledge to discover customer needs, manage returns to strengthen relationships, and provide relevant feedback to managers, designers, and buyers. Foster a cheerful, cooperative team atmosphere through friendly communication and ongoing learning about retail trends.
