Job Summary
Automotive Sales Assistant role at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario focusing on supporting a senior salesperson in presenting vehicles (new and pre-owned), responding to sales leads, assisting customers with vehicle selection, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Must provide friendly, enthusiastic, articulate service, maintain high levels of customer happiness, and leverage product knowledge and CRM tools. Responsibilities include directing customers to products, resolving complaints to protect customer experience, and carrying out additional tasks to leave a positive dealership impression. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
