Job Summary
Sales Assistant role supporting the New Car Management Team in a Manhattan showroom. Responsibilities include coordinating dealer swaps and documentation for accounting, dispatching drivers for vehicle movements, opening RO’s for New Car Department vehicles, entering delivery information on shared sheets, coordinating work between sales and service (body shop, parts, detail, NYSI, accessories), organizing showrooms and spot lists, maintaining Test Drive models and mileage, assigning a monthly lease/finance portfolio, reallocating portfolios as needed, maintaining daily vehicle logs and inventory movement across locations, and ensuring accurate Inventory/Lot Management records and locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
