Sales Assistant - English and Chinese (Mandarin) preferred

Job Summary
Sales Assistant role supports the sales team by engaging with customers, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory and processing transactions, following up on customer orders, coordinating shipments with logistics providers, preparing shipping documents (Packing Lists, BOL, and related paperwork), coordinating with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, monitoring order status and shipment schedules, assisting with order changes and after-sales support, and performing other administrative and sales support duties. Skills and experience in customer service, logistics coordination, order management, MS Office (especially Excel/Word), experience with WMS/MES/CRM is a plus, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and bilingual English-Chinese are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or order management preferred.
