Job Summary
Sales Assistant Engineer at Lincoln Electric in Chennai focused on promoting Equipment’s and Solutions to existing and new customers. Identify and develop new opportunities, recommend appropriate welding machines for customer applications, provide technical demonstrations and trials, troubleshoot welding-related issues, and drive quotes and order closure. Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses, achieve sales targets within schedule, coordinate sales efforts across teams, analyze territory potential, track sales/status, and stay abreast of promotional trends while continuously improving through feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
- Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven 5-7 Years work experience in welding field.
- Equipment Market knowledge is mandatory
