Job Summary
Engage in monthly store meeting sessions and customer contact plans while delivering personalized proposals to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Manage store restocking according to merchandising plans, load the van, and plan delivery routes for homes and businesses. Ensure a consistent customer experience using client service tools and support colleagues through training initiatives. Collaborate with the UK Sales Team to maximize sales and market share within the store.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role
- Valid driving licence
