Job Summary
Conduct customer deliveries to homes and businesses, load the van, and plan delivery routes. Engage in monthly store meeting sessions and support the store's customer contact plan while ensuring a consistent experience for professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Welcome customers, provide informed conversations, and personalize proposals using client service tools. Restock the shop floor following the merchandising plan and collaborate with instore colleagues to maximize sales. Maintain a warm welcome and personalized service for all clients.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role
- Valid, manual driving license
- Must be able to work 8am-5pm Mondays and Wednesdays
- Must be able to work Saturday mornings 8am–12pm
- Must be available for weekend shifts
