Job Summary
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Partners while responding to inquiries and assisting sales leaders with meeting preparation and presentation materials. Manage order processing by accurately entering sales orders and conduct market research to support competitor analysis. Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup, while maintaining the display of seasonal samples. Track inbound and outbound sample processes and ensure organized showroom operations for seamless client execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of retail math and sales reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
