Job Summary
Sales Assistant at Davidson Homes supports the daily operation of the New Home Sales Center, collaborates with New Home Consultants, guides visitors through model and inventory homes, and maintains CRM records. The role involves learning sales skills toward progression into a New Home Consultant, participating in meetings and trainings, monitoring customer traffic, preparing management reports, maintaining model/inventory properties, cross-training across communities, and requiring weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a professional business or customer service role
- Extreme attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
