Sales Assistant / Customer Service

Job Summary
Assist the sales team in achieving targets by generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting account management activities including upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends, while promoting and facilitating marketing campaigns. Prepare sales presentations and proposals, maintain customer databases and CRM systems, and handle customer inquiries to ensure excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery, and attend trade shows to build business as needed. Join our sales team to contribute to business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
