Sales Assistant

Assist Sales Directors with managing leads, calling prospects, touring candidates, and entering data into the lead management system. Handle administrative tasks including preparing admission paperwork, community collateral, and event preparation. Conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities and maintain collateral inventory. In the absence of Sales Directors, attend morning staff meetings to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins, move outs, and transfers. Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues immediately. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday with a pay range of $22.00-$24.00/hour DOE.
