Job Summary
Collaborate with the Executive Director and Sales Director to support community occupancy and revenue goals. Manage a database of prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and events. Conduct informative tours for prospective residents while communicating the community's philosophy and service benefits. Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities. Handle administrative tasks including managing collateral inventory, entering customer data, and resolving delivery issues. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members. Schedule Sunday through Thursday with a starting pay range of $20 to $23 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
