Job Summary
Full-time Sales Assistant at Blue Illusion Lane Cove. Responsibilities include creating warm, personalised customer experiences and styling recommendations; supporting visual merchandising to keep the boutique on-brand; driving sales through merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service; processing deliveries and maintaining stock rooms; assisting with online order fulfilment; handling customer enquiries with care; embodying the brand values of Customers, Community, Fashion & Lifestyle. The role envisions growth toward Store Manager within the business and is based on a Tuesday–Saturday roster in-store. Must have valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
