Job Summary
Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods, engage homeowners in conversations about roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections for the sales team. Educate clients on storm damage and available solutions, distribute marketing materials, and track daily activity using reporting tools. Represent the company professionally within the community while developing communication and networking skills. Work four-hour afternoon or evening shifts, including a required Saturday shift, with flexible weekday scheduling. No prior sales experience is required; candidates receive a six-week paid training program with hands-on coaching.
