Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and offer product recommendations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Prepare sales materials, manage customer databases, and organize documentation to support the sales team. Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up activities while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and customer onboarding to ensure clients feel supported and informed. Collaborate with team members to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices. Maintain a professional workspace while adhering to all company policies and compliance requirements.
