Job Summary
Process B2B orders including order entry, quotation generation, and full order execution for the specialist trade. Manage correspondence with B2B clients via email and phone while handling customer inquiries with high service orientation. Coordinate delivery schedules, manage shipping logistics, and oversee claims resolution. Generate sales statistics, perform trade-related analyses, and maintain updated customer master data. Actively support the preparation and organization of trade shows. Collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and product management teams. This temporary role begins as a parental leave substitute until the end of 2027, with potential extension depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Organisationsstärke, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb – vorzugsweise im Konsumgüter- oder Designbereich
