Job Summary
Engage in store meeting sessions and monthly customer contact plans to maximize sales and market share. Deliver personalized proposals to professionals and DIY enthusiasts while managing customer deliveries to homes and businesses. Restock the shop floor according to the merchandising plan and support colleagues through training tools. Collaborate with instore teams to ensure a consistent customer experience using client service tools. Work three 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role
- Calm under pressure
- Alternate Saturday shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 24 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
