Job Summary
Engage in monthly store meetings and engagement planning while ensuring customers receive a warm welcome, informed conversations, and personalized proposals. Utilize client service tools to maintain a consistent experience and support the store's monthly customer contact plan. Execute the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor and develop your own skills while encouraging colleagues to do the same through available training tools. Work part-time, 20 hours per week across 3-4 days with shifts between 6am and 5pm Mon-Fri, plus some Saturday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service/retail role
- Calm under pressure
- Must be available for Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) on a rotational basis
- Must work between the store opening hours of 6am and 5pm Mon-Fri
- Must work 20 hours per week
- Must work 3-4 days per week
