Job Summary
Assist customers with personalized advice, active selling, and retention efforts while driving commercial KPIs including sales, conversion, and average ticket size. Manage daily store operations by handling opening and closing procedures, cash management, and basic incident resolution. Restock products, monitor sizing, and support inventory controls while maintaining premium visual standards, cleanliness, and product presentation. Collaborate actively with the team during peak hours and adapt to rotating shifts including weekends. Join the Voucler team in Madrid's Salamanca district to help consolidate the brand's physical retail presence in a high-pace start-up environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa en retail o atención al cliente
- Orientación a resultados y familiaridad con KPIs comerciales
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente
- Actitud proactiva, positiva y resolutiva
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Adaptación a turnos rotativos (incluyendo fines de semana)
