Job Summary
Promote the Mango brand image and maintain the highest standard of customer service while selling and gaining customer loyalty. Keep the store tidy and organised and check/replenish stock. Provide product knowledge to advise customers, serve multiple customers, and help achieve and exceed sales targets both individually and as a team. Contribute to an attractive store image, support ongoing development, and participate in store initiatives. Previous fashion retail experience is desirable and German/English/other languages welcome as part of a multicultural team.
