Job Summary
Drive store results through active customer contact, professional service, and proactive sales to meet daily and weekly targets. Guide customers using product knowledge for relevant recommendations and cross-selling while contributing to campaigns and seasonal activities. Maintain store standards by keeping the presentation clean, organized, and stocked, and execute daily routines to ensure readiness for sales. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory, operate the cash register when needed, and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. Collaborate across departments, attend meetings and training, and share knowledge to support team development. Work scheduled on alternating weekends with flexibility to cover additional shifts as required.
