Job Summary
Lead and inspire an international Sales team for Ruby across hotel destinations and markets, owning international sales success, driving market entries and strategic commercial projects, empowering a team of Sales Executives and Managers, and collaborating with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Must have hospitality training or a degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management (or comparable), at least 3 years in Sales/Account Management with proven leadership, and a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English with German desirable; comfortable working across multiple cultures and markets. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, team development, and building meaningful partnerships in a Lean Luxury hospitality context.
Required Qualifications
