Lead and inspire an international team of Sales Executives and Managers across multiple locations, driving Ruby's international sales success, building partnerships, guiding market entries and pre-openings, and collaborating with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences in the Lean Luxury hospitality footprint.
Required Qualifications
- completed a training in the hospitality industry and/or have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or comparable
- at least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management and have successfully led and developed teams
- leadership experience and know how to motivate teams
- fluent in English and ideally German language skills
