Job Summary
Sell and promote tree care services to clients by developing and maintaining relationships, assessing client needs in arboriculture, and delivering tailored solutions. Drive revenue by meeting/exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Leverage ISA Arborist Certification, knowledge of tree care, and CRM tools to identify opportunities, forecast sales, and manage accounts. Must communicate effectively, work independently and with a team, and be capable of working in a role that may involve multilingual communication with diverse clients. Preferred candidates have tree-care industry experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- ISA Arborist Certification (required)
- Qualified supervisor for pesticides
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Knowledge of tree care and arboriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
