Job Summary
As a Sales Arborist for SavATree, you’ll be the trusted advisor to property owners, growing your assigned territory by building long-term client relationships, diagnosing and monitoring landscapes, preparing service estimates, coordinating with crews, and representing the company at community and industry events while advocating environmental stewardship. The role emphasizes field work outdoors, relationship-building, and driving new business opportunities through referrals and community outreach. A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, or Landscape Management is preferred but not required; training and development include support for ISA Certification. Physical demands include outdoor work and lifting up to 50 pounds. The position offers a minimum guarantee plus unlimited commission potential, with total compensation typically ranging from $50,000 to $250,000+ annually, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, time off, and a company vehicle program.
