Job Summary
The Sales Arborist at Monster Tree Service of North Metro Denver will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, estimating job costs, and achieving sales goals through daily communication and in-person appointments. Key responsibilities include building a Territory Sales Plan, diagnosing customer needs, pursuing work commitments, reviewing neighboring properties for opportunities, utilizing sales tools and technologies, and maintaining arborist certification through ongoing education. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years in industry sales or related experience, with ISA Certification and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years industry sales experience or 6 years of related industry experience
- ISA Certification is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the green industry or related field
- Prior field and supervisory experience
Additional Requirements
