Job Summary
Build and implement a Territory Sales Plan in conjunction with the Franchise Owner. Diagnose and provide on-site estimates, review the scope of work with the customer, and actively pursue commitments to schedule the work. Review neighboring properties for additional opportunities and attend home shows to demonstrate capabilities. Utilize sales process tools and software to streamline the customer experience while maintaining arborist certification through continuing education. Achieve budgeted sales goals through constant communication and daily in-person appointments with customers and prospects. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years industry sales experience or 5 years of related industry experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the green industry or related field preferred but not required
- Prior field and supervisory experience preferred
- ISA Certification or the ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills
- QAL Applicator License
- ISA Certification
- C49 Tree and Palm Contractors License
