Job Summary
Negotiate end cap locations with merchandising personnel, greet customers at company displays to explain product features, and engage them in conversations about home service needs. Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for estimates while building rapport with store leadership. Travel to Costco locations in Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Paradise Valley to work in high-traffic warehouse settings, meeting elevated lead expectations per hour. Attend monthly meetings and trainings while representing the company professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to pass background check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in retail
