Job Summary
Sales & Applications Coordinator to support the sales and applications engineering group from the Glenmore Office. Responsibilities include lead data collection and CRM maintenance, preparing compelling sales materials, coordinating proposals and opening quote numbers, maintaining customer records and contract documentation, scheduling and travel arrangements, and general administrative support to enable the sales and applications teams to operate efficiently. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred. CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Pipedrive) and proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, and PowerPoint are expected; experience with data analysis and sales reporting is valuable.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales support, contract administration, or a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Pipedrive)
- Working knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of sales processes
