Job Summary
Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representatives regarding special applications, systems, or pricing. Communicate with customers to evaluate needs, assess processes, and propose modifications to current products or services. Prepare technical literature for internal and field application, while conducting product training for sales teams and customers. Analyze competitive models in the marketplace and implement strategies to position products effectively. Depending on experience level, provide leadership and direction within the marketing applications organization. This role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of Sales Applications Engineering experience. Base salary ranges from $74,200 to $188,700 in Plymouth, MN, with bonus eligibility at levels 3 and 4.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of Sales Applications Engineering experience (level 3 requires 5+ years and level 4 requires 7+ years)
- HVAC experience (not required for Level 2)
