Job Summary
Acquire new and maintain existing customers by generating inquiries and presenting delivery and performance programs. Process requests by selecting fans and accessories, specifying parts, and obtaining and evaluating offers for purchase components. Create and track technical and commercial proposals including calculations, negotiate and close contracts while adhering to internal guidelines, and assess technical risks. Requires a university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, fluent German and English, and proficiency in company-specific design, CRM, and ERP software. Full-time role with 38-hour weeks, hybrid work options, and international travel readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Hochschulabschluss als Maschinenbauingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbares Studium bzw. Techniker mit entsprechender langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sichere Nutzung von unternehmensspezifischer Auslegungs-, CRM-, Kalkulations- und ERP-Software
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
Desired Qualifications
- Anwendungsbereites Wissen über Ventilatoren wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Vertragsgestaltung
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick mit Abschlussorientierung und Wettbewerbssinn
