Job Summary
Application Engineer in the Aftermarket group supports customers by reviewing requirements, recommending product applications, and providing technical assistance post-sale. Acts as liaison between engineering and sales on product applications and potential product development ideas, assists with proposals and data packages, ensures pricing alignment with quotes, maintains application engineering proficiency, engages across functions to promote continuous improvement, represents the company to customers and partners, collects site information for the CRM system, and prepares handover documents for transition meetings. Requires a BS in engineering and at least 2 years of applicable experience; strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills; ability to manage multiple projects and interact with diverse global teams. Salary range provided: $71,900-$90,800.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or another related field
- A minimum of 2 years applicable experience including selection and costing, preferably with rotating equipment or nuclear projects
