Job Summary
Develop and deliver system solutions for process automation, SCADA, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 projects while preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports to meet revenue goals. Negotiate contracts with clients, establish new accounts, and manage both internal and external sales across local and overseas markets. Marketing company products to secure orders and ensure maximum sales performance alongside the Sales Division Head. Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and willing to travel to meet tender deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable on Process Control Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA or Telemetry
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking
- Willing to travel
- Able to work under pressure
- Meet project tender deadline
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in IIoT/Automation Projects
