Sales and Service Technician

Job Summary
Execute scheduled appointments to inspect and service preexisting foundation repair and water management solutions. Partner with homeowners to assess needs, recommend additional products or remedies, and perform annual maintenance visits. Diagnose reactive service issues, install purchased items, and communicate job status while submitting required documentation. Adhere to safety regulations and examine installed work for warranty determinations. This role requires reliable daily attendance, a valid driver's license, and excellent stamina for travel and manual tasks. You will attend a mandatory three-week regional training class with provided accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day
- Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of proven sales experience
- Construction/Home Improvement experience
- Proven customer relations experience
