Job Summary
Welcome customers, listen to concerns, and recommend tires, maintenance, and repairs based on vehicle needs. Perform oil changes, fluid exchanges, and hands-on services like mounting, balancing, and rotating tires. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify brake, suspension, and steering issues, then prepare estimates and present service recommendations. Maintain inventory, complete repair orders, and ensure a clean shop environment while supporting store sales goals. Valid driver's license required; competitive pay and performance incentives available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive, tire, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable talking with customers and recommending products and services
- Experience performing tire services, oil changes, and preventative maintenance
